How do I cancel my free trial or subscription?

Via the website

If you started your subscription through our website, you can cancel it by going to www.trafikalarm.dk. Select Min Konto ("My Account"), Medlemskab ("Membership") and then Opsig Medlemskab ("Cancel Membership").

Apple App Store

If you have created the subscription through the App Store, it is important that you cancel this in the same way as you cancel a regular subscription in the App Store.

1. Go into your phone's Settings on the device where you started your subscription
   Click on your Apple ID at the top
   Click on Subscriptions and from there cancel the Traffic Alert subscription

Google Play

If you have created the subscription through Google Play, that's also where you need to cancel the trial/subscription again.

1. Open the Google Play app.
2. Tap on the profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Tap Payments and subscriptions Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.

Note: Regardless of where you cancelled Trafik Alarm, you will be able to use the app for the rest of the period until the trial expires. After that, your account will become a free account.
